Smokers Exit Returns and Refund Policy

 

At Smokers Exit we will do our best to resolve any kind of issues you are having with your purchase in our retail shop or via our website www.smokersexit.com. Please contact us or emal us on sales@smokersexit.com we will be happy do discuss any problem and furthur your options. All eletronic cigarette products have a limited life span and will eventually need to be replaced.

If you are shopping with us online or over the telephone, then you will be pleased to hear that you are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. These have been established to make sure you have an opportunity to cancel your order if the goods aren’t what you expected. After all, we all make mistakes from time to time.

 

All products except eLiquids can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase providing the item is still in original and unused condition. Coils, Heads, atomizers and Cartomizers have a dead on arrival warranty, please let us know with in 24 hours of receipt if you item is damaged or faulty and we will replace it or refund where possible.

 

Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids, Drip Tips, Used Atomizers,Clearomizers,Coils or Head that have been unsealed or used in any way, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene purposes. If we have sent out the wrong order we will send out a replacement immediately. All batteries have a 28 warranty that covers electrical faults, please note E-Cigs batteries can be fragile and we will not cover physical damage or wear and tear. If the battery is DOA or faulty within 28 days email us and we will send out a replacement.

 

You have the right to cancel your order at any time, up to 7 working days after the day you receive it. But, you must tell us straight away if you wish to do this.

 

You must take good care of the items while they’re in your possession, they must be returned to us in a sellable condition. It is your responsibility to return the items to us, or to arrange collection of larger items. This needs to be done promptly at your cost.

 

These regulations don’t apply to anything that has been personalised or to intimate, perishable or time-critical goods.

 

Any advanced Kit with a 6 month+ warranty will cover the main body only and not chargers and batteries, the warranty for these devices will not cover physical damage or wear and tear. All chargers and batteries will have a 28 day warranty.


All products are thoroughly checked and tested before they are dispatched to our customers. However, we also know there is a small chance that a product could arrive dead or faulty, if this is the case please inform us immediately to arrange an exchange.


Returns are to be paid by the customer. We do not cover any postage or courier for returns. If you have any questions please contact us. If you wish to return an item, please email us providing the following information.

 

Order number, Name, Address, Reason for return (faulty, change of mind, etc.) and 

 

We will issue the RMA number and then you can send us the returns will RMA no clearly visable.
